Free consult with the care team
A free, non-clinical conversation with the US-based care team (Mon–Fri, 9am–10pm PT), typically within about an hour. Ask about programs, pricing, and what to expect. They educate. They don’t diagnose.

Provider visit
A live, real-time visit with a clinician licensed in your state who reviews your history and goals.
- 03
Prescription
If it’s appropriate, the clinician prescribes. Eligibility, dosing, and prescribing are their call alone, and a prescription is not guaranteed.

Delivery
If prescribed, medication ships to your door from an independent licensed pharmacy. Shipping times vary. Pajamas welcome.
- 05
Refills
Refill reminders are texted 3 days ahead, so you’re never caught empty-handed.
