- Do not use estriol, oral minoxidil, or dutasteride if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Dutasteride should not be handled by anyone who is or may become pregnant.
- Oral minoxidil can affect blood pressure and heart rate and may cause unwanted facial or body hair or temporary shedding when starting. Your clinician reviews your history first.
- Biotin can interfere with some lab tests. Tell your lab or clinician you take it before any blood work.
- Possible side effects are discussed with your clinician before you start.
